Italian Cooking Class

The students were great! It was a little hectic; there was so much to do but they pulled it off and at the end there were many happy faces.

The skills developed included how to

  • Cook pasta
  • Make a zabaglione
  • Assemble and make firm, delicious meatballs
  • Reduce liquids
  • Assemble skewers for presentation as well as flavor.
