Ingredients:
2 cups diced peeled sweet tart apple (Fuji, Jonagold)
½ cup diced red bell pepper
1/3 cup fresh lime juice
¼ cup diced red onion
¼ cup minced fresh cilantro
1 tablespoon honey
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients, stirring well

Make in advance and refrigerate for 4-8 hours to develop flavors
